Intelligent Fact Finding (Resolve integration)
The OPTimum claimant portal supports the self-service filing of initial and continued regular UI, UCX, UCFE, PUA, and MEUC claims. The application is easily configurable to accommodate additional payment programs as they inevitably arise.
In addition to filing those claims, the claimant has access to all related benefit year details as well as all corresponding documents. This gives the claimant the ability to track the status of their claim and download any claim notices that they need.
If an eligibility issue arises during the claim application process, an agent can send tasks and alerts to the claimant to call the agency and/or schedule an interview to discuss the issue at hand.
Additionally, if the issue is generated within Resolve, a fact-finding task will be created for the claimant to complete. The claimant is then prompted to complete a guided fact-finding questionnaire through the portal. This allows the claimant to answer all fact-finding interview questions and upload the corresponding evidence, thus lessening the load for agency adjudicators.
