The On Point Technology services team specializes in helping state workforce agencies with UI modernization
On
Point is currently helping Washington D.C. build Webs (Web Enabled Benefit
System), a state-of-the-art, Web-based unemployment insurance benefit
system. The system operates within a portal, where all agency staff and
clients can interact and perform work in a single place. This portal allows
the various participants—agency staff, claimants and employers—to
access functions specific to their particular needs. Washington D.C.'s
Webs system is a family of applications: intranet applications are available
only to agency users (termed “Agency Services”), extranet
applications are available to public users with passwords, and internet
applications are available to the general public.
