Labor Secretary Chao says UI and pension reforms will help workers

President Bush's FY 2006 Budget request provides $2.6 billion in discretionary funding for the United States Department of Labor for state grants to enhance unemployment insurance administration. This request also includes a $30 million increase for states to address the serious issue of identity theft.
