Product updates keep your program running smoothly

Our Enterprise Product Assurance Program gives you access to product updates to ensure that your product is always up-to-date with the latest legal requirements of your state and continues to run smoothly.

Hot Fixes and Service Packs

Hot Fixes will be installed for issues requiring immediate attention. Service Packs will include software fixes or enhancements that have been requested but do not need to be expedited, and are scheduled for installation periodically.

Point Release Updates

We will occasionally introduce a major enhancement as a Point Release Update. As we complete installations in other states, they may request modifications to better meet their needs. Sometimes these modifications may benefit all of our installed customers, and each state has the option to implement the new functionality once it is released. Barts integration with the National Directory New Hire interface and enhanced cross-match capability is an example of a Point Release Update. The introduction of additional one-click audits based on investigative discoveries is an example of a Point Release Update for Aware.

Upgrade Rights

The Enterprise Product Assurance Program entitles you to beneficial pricing that allows you to upgrade to entirely new versions of the product. For instance, several long-standing Barts customers are eligible for upgrades to the Web version of Barts, and Aware’s FraudIT for SUTA Dumping customers can upgrade to either the UI Benefits or UI Tax module.
