Attentive maintenance procedures ensure quality performance
At On Point Technology, we use software development best practices to ensure that you have high quality products. If you find a problem with your application, report it to our Customer Support team, which will then initiate the following procedures:
- The Quality Assurance team will assign a severity level to the issue and replicate the issue in both your QA environment and ours.
- The issue will then be escalated to our Product Development team for resolution.
- In consultation with our UI experts, the Product Development team will fix the problem and schedule the deployment of the fix.
- Our QA team will test the fix and run regression testing, and inform Customer Support when the fix is ready for deployment.
- Customer Support will work with your technical team to install the fix in your QA environment, and will inform the User Acceptance team that a fix is ready for testing.
- When the User Acceptance team approves the fix, our Customer Support team will work with your technical team and User Community to schedule the migration of the fix to your production environment.
